- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a personal injury lawyer in town since 1999 and I've dealt with practically every auto insurance company in NC in that time. With that being said, I see how these companies treat their own customers for claims. In my opinion, Farm Bureau is the best. They consistently treat their own customers like, well, customers. They are fair, and that's more than I can say for a lot of the "good neighbors" and "good hands" companies.
