  First of all id like to say so far i love the doctors my children have seen...(so far). However, we are sitting in the waiting area and usually we never have a problem asking for the cartoons to be turned on in what they call the "childrens area". But today when we first walked in to be checked in two imature women were talking at the desk completely ignoring me and my 2 children while there talking about another employee's picture. Then i asked them if they could turn on a cartoon she said you hit the power button so i did. Then the movie came up on "special features" my 5 year old went up to the african amarican lady and said turn the movie on please and excuse my French but her stupid ass just looked at my son and ignored him looked at her computer and drunk her coffee. I got up and went over there and told her the movie isn't playing. She said you hit the button. I said how do i hit a button to hit play on the t.v there's only volume and power and channel. Then she roles her eyes finally gets up out the chair like its so hard to put forth some effort of walking. First tried pointing the remote to the t.v from the desk then walked over to the play room and hit play and ill be damn if it didnt go back to "special feature" i swear this is ridiculous they have a t.v for children but to LAZY to get there asses up to hit a play button but have no problem walking to the other ladys booth to gossip. I told the nurse about the situation once she brought us back and she very nicely apologized for there behaviour and got someone into the room for me to tell what happened to. She was very friendly and apologetic. But like i said loves the doctors and nurses. Front desk not so much
