  This is a terrible company. Check their ratings on the Better Business Bureau. They charged my insurance $509 to wash my cut finger and put a dab of skin glue on it (I had to pay 348.69). Their corporate office is completely unresponsive and non-transparent. Don't put your healthcare in the hands of Fastmed. Go to Sisters of Mercy Urgent Care, instead. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and will not cheat you.

  Our daughter had an asthma attack (1st time) on Friday night and we arrived at 8.15pm just before they closed. Both the doctor and nurse were patient, kind, and helpful in calming both my wife and I, as well as my 3 year old daughter. They provided treatment, and even sent the visit report to our pediatrician. We were very happy with the care our daughter received. Thank you!

  I visited Fastmed on 8/15/17 for abdominal pain. I gave them my insurance information as they requested. Later on I received a bill from the billing department, I was charged the full amount and they never file the claim with my insurance. I called the billing department 5 times since 8/21/17 and left them a voicemail each time I called. Up today I have not received any call back from them regarding this concern. It seems there is no one will help you and they just want you to pay it. I don't command this place to any one.
