- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient there for quite some time. But the last 6 months have been terrible. Leaving voice mails as well as emailing the provider since November and I have yet to ever receive any type of response in return. And I have to pay an extra $100 a month just to cover medicine because a simple prior authorization cannot be faxed to my insurance company... ridiculous!January 15, 2017by William Masters
