- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Honestly, they are over crowded and the doctors are overscheduled. My first visit I waited for 2.5 hours, while I could hear the Dr. talking on the phone for 30 minutes. After my MRI follow up, another wait for 75 minutes. He was in the room for a total of 5 minutes, was irritated with my questions since he suggested surgery for my ACL. When I mentioned that the meds he prescribed hadn't helped at all, he refused to call in anything different. I've been hobbling around in pain for 2 weeks, as a mother with small kids, this is unacceptable. I felt like I was bothering him, when the situation should have been totally reversed. I'm going for a second opinion, there's no way this will be my surgical experience. I found the staff to be nice and helpful, just stressed and under a lot of pressure. If anyone can recommend another clinic, I'd love to hear about. Taking my MRI results to my GP tomorrow and hear what his thoughts are.January 14, 2017by Amber Lax
